How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order through phone or Through Whatsapp given on Website before it dispatched
(Weavers Bazar warehouse) has started processing the order. Your order amount less the payment
gateway charges and cancellation charges will be refunded.
In the event where the seller is not able to deliver the product due to no-stock or any other
reason, entire order amount will be refunded.
How long will it take to process my cancellation request?
Once you request the cancellation of saree(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-3
business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by
email/SMS.
Having the money transferred back to the source of transaction, it may take up to 7-10 business
days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly
in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by Weavers Bazar!
Delivery Information
- The delivery times are included as guidelines and actual delivery might vary 3-10 days
depending on the area.
- For deliveries to multiple addresses, please complete a separate order for each.
- The image selected will match upto 80% of the actual saree in terms of brightness of the
colors and 3D presentation of the figures, since they are all hand made.
- All our sarees are hand/machine crafted by our skilled team. Different teams have different
ways of recreating the pictures into your sarees. There will never be an exact match with
the picture in the website.
- If the saree get damaged Completely at the time of transit and you are not happy with the
product, we will replace the saree within the next 7days or the total money will be refunded
to you.
- The delivery cannot be redirected/ redelivered to any other address under any circumstances.
- In case deliver is hindered due to wrong address, place is locked, during the attempt, wrong
or unreachable contact phone no or recipient refuses to take delivery, will consider the
order executed!
